Previously, she worked at UNCG as a persuasive and informative speech coach, where she honed her teaching and public speaking skills. In her current role, Hayley designs targeted training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of tax professionals.

In addition to teaching, Hayley is an accomplished writer. She contributes regularly to the NATP monthly publication and has had her work featured in several communication journals. Her transition into the tax industry was a challenging yet rewarding journey—akin to learning a new language—and she has embraced the experience as an avid language learner.

Specializing in cyber security and audit resolution, Hayley is dedicated to sharing her expertise to empower others in the industry.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending time at home with her two children and her faithful dog, Benji.
